Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are strictly held and reservations are guaranteed with a Credit Card Payment in Full. Boat rentals are final, rain or shine. Boat rentals are non-refundable, except in the instance of extreme weather events or natural disasters on the water. Guests will be pro-rated for early returns or late departures only in the event of lightning, or in full when unable extreme weather prevents safe watercraft usage. Do not be late for your reservation or your booking may be forfeited. No refunds unless extreme weather events. Renters are solely responsible for any equipment that is damaged or left unattended.
